Too many players spend hours on "skills and drills" that do not translate to the actual game. It becomes a waste of time and money.​ We are built upon this principle: Work On What Matters
The #1 way to get more minutes, score more points, and be a better player is to become a better shooter. We will help you become a better shooter and all-around player in whatever areas you need to improve.

It is our goal to provide the highest quality and detail in the DFW Metroplex. We work with many of the state's top 3-point shooters and will continue to help the next slate of athletes join that list.

PROVEN RESULTS
Justin has developed high level shooters in the DFW over the last 4 years, as many of state's leaders in 3-Point Shooting, Scoring, and Assists work with Justin and the Shooters HQ team.
He has also worked with NBA and overseas pro players, helping them improve their mechanics and shooting percentages. In addition to this, he has worked with players internationally in Hungary, Belgium, and elsewhere.
He has had the privilege to learn the details and nuances of player development and shooting from world-class experts, including a summer in Los Angeles where he assisted NBA Trainer Drew Hanlen in the workouts of Bradley Beal, Zach Lavine, RJ Barrett, Kelly Oubre, Jordan Clarkson, and more.​
Justin finished his career at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK, on a Conference Championship team which made an unprecedented Sweet 16 run as a 15 seed in the NCAA Tournament. He also spent time playing at Dallas Baptist University, where he was a 2x Conference Champion. At ORU, Justin shot 57% from behind the three-point line as a walk-on, leading all of Division I in "Overall Offensive Rating"

Since then, Justin has spent years learning and developing a deep knowledge of shooting. He has crafted and developed an extensive library of drills, solutions, workouts, and data in order to provide the most meaningful curriculum for clients.
Justin and the Shooters HQ Team have spent the last few years investing highly in athletes in the area. The results speak for themselves, as 6 of the Top 20 3-Point Leaders in the entire DFW metroplex. 5 of the PPG Leaders and 4 of the Assist Leaders also work with Shooters HQ.
